Kebabs of Madeira Cake and Fresh Fruit
Preparation time10 minutes

You can use all kinds of fruit for the kebabs and for a change dip them in melted chocolate.

For 4 people, 8 kebabs:

- 1 Ker Cadélac Pure Butter Madeira Cake

- 350 g strawberries

- 4 slightly sharp apples

- 8 medium-sized kebab sticks

- 1 heart biscuit cutter

 

Preparation:

- Cut thick slices of Ker Cadélac Butter Madeira Cake, then with a pastry cutter or a knife cut out 16 large even cubes and place to one side.

- Wash the apples and cut out two fairly thick rounds on the peel side (one from each side of the apple).

- With the biscuit cutter, cut out a heart (peel side) in each round and place to one side.

- Rinse four hulled strawberries and divide into even quarters.

- Allow two kebabs per person and arrange the various ingredients as you wish.

- Cut the remaining strawberries into strips and then soften in a preheated saucepan over a low heat to obtain a coulis in which the kebabs can be dipped.
