
Present these mini club sandwiches with decorative cocktail sticks to make them easier to pick them up.
For 12 sweet mini club sandwiches:
- 1 Ker Cadélac Pure Butter Madeira Cake
- 1 pot of chocolate spread or melted chocolate
-Strawberry jam, orange marmalade
-A few ripe strawberries
- Crushed pistachio nuts
- A few leaves of fresh mint
- Chantilly cream
- Praline
Preparation:
- Cut two thin slices of Ker Cadélac Madeira Cake, then cut each slice diagonally to obtain triangles.
- On three of the triangles, spread the strawberry jam, cover with thin slices of fresh strawberries and top with another triangle to make a mini club sandwich. Spread a thin layer of jam on top of each sandwich. Garnish with a slice of strawberry and a leaf of mint.
Repeat with six more triangles using orange marmalade and crushed pistachios.
- On three further triangles, apply the chocolate spread or melted chocolate to which has been added a little Chantilly cream and slivers of praline, then place another triangle on top. Top with a thin layer of chocolate spread and sprinkle with praline.
